WHAT? 350g. beef sheen 1 onion roughly chopped, 3-4 cloves of garlic chopped 1 tablespoon of tomato paste (peltes) 1 tomato chopped 100ml. of white wine 2-3 all spice, 2 bay leaves 1 ½litres boiling water 150g. Hylopitaki pasta or other square little pasta 1-2 tablespoons Greek olive oil @ladi_biosas Little bit of chilli chopped Grated @gravieranaxou cheese for the top or cheddar HOW TO? 1️⃣In pan with olive oil, sauté the onion, chilli and garlic. Add the meat and cook for 3-4 minutes in medium heat. 2️⃣Add tomato paste, ground pepper and all spice. Mix. 3️⃣Add the wine and let the alcohol steam (2-3 minutes). Add chopped tomatoes. 4️⃣Add the bay leaves and water and let it cook for 2-3 hours. Check the water level. Off the heat. 5️⃣Put the uncooked pasta in a tray. Add the meat with the sauce, add ½ glass of boiling water (if it needs water). Grate the cheese on top. Preheat oven at 200 degrees. Let cook for 15 minutes. Salt after you’ve tried. Grind pepper and thyme to taste.
