Pear salad with Roquefort cheese

WHAT?

Bunch of rocket

1 spring onion

3-4 garlic cloves

3-4 cherry tomatoes in half

Handful of walnuts

100g. Blue cheese (kopanisti cheese)

2 pears

For the sauce

2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Greek extra virgin olive oil

Sprinkle of cumac

Salt, pepper


HOW TO?

1️⃣Slice the garlic cloves and the spring onion. Slice the pears.

2️⃣Grill the cheese for 5 minutes.

3️⃣In a bowl mix leaves, pears, spring onion, garlic, cherry tomatoes, walnuts and pears. Add the cheese.

4️⃣Whisk the sauce and pour over the salad.
