WHAT?
70g. Sugar snaps
Bunch of rocket
Mix of seeds and nuts (I put sesame seeds, poppy seeds, almonds and walnuts)
1 avocado
100g. Grilled haloumi
Bunch of chervil
Bunch of dill
2 chopped cloves of garlic
1 spring onion
For the sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon carob syrup
1 teaspoon lemon juice
salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣Cook the sugar snaps for two to thtee minutes in boiling water. Chop finely the spring onions. Add to a bowl. Slice the avocado. Mix in with the sugar snaps and rocket.
2️⃣Add the rest of herbs. Toast in pan the nuts and seeds. Grill the halloumi.
3️⃣Add to the salad. Whisk well the sauce and toss the sauce
