Chervil salad

WHAT?

Bunch of chervil

Bunch of fresh garlic

1 grated carrot

1/2 chopped red pepper

A few parsley leaves

10 fennel seeds

Salt, pepper

1-2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon vinegar

1 teaspoon honey


HOW TO?

1️⃣In olive oil, sauté the fennel seeds for 2-3 minutes.

2️⃣Grate the carrot, chop the onion and mix by hand the chervil. Mix the parsley and the finely chopped fresh garlic. 3️⃣Whisk the mustard, olive oil, vinegar and honey well. Toss in the sauce and sprinkle the toasted fennel seeds.
