String beans salad

WHAT?

150g ampelofasoula (string beans)

5-6 cherry tomatoes

1 onion, 4-5 garlic cloves, chilli

7-8 olives

5-6 capers

Parsley, spring onion, dill

100g. Feta For the sauce

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

½ lemon juice

1 teaspoon mustard

1 teaspoon honey

Salt, pepper

HOW TO? 1️⃣Cook the beans in salted boiling water for 8 minutes. 2️⃣Off the heat and let them cool. Chop the tomatoes. In a pan with olive oil, sauté tomatoes, garlic and onion for 5 minutes.

3️⃣Mix in a bowl the pan ingredients with capers, olives, parsley, chopped spring onion.

4️⃣Whisk the sauce and pour over the salad. Grate some feta on top.
