WHAT?
400g. Beef sheen in cubesAll spice, bay, white wind, oregano
120g. Little artichokes cooked (fresh or from a jar)
150g. Lettuce
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic - thinly chopped
chilli thinly chopped
1 spring onion chopped
½ red pepper chopped
4-5 cherry tomatoes - cut in half
100g. Feta cubed
Parsley2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil@ladi_biosas1-2 teaspoons vinegarSalt, pepperMustard
HOW TO?
1️⃣Cook the meat in a pot in low heat with 3l. water, oregano, pepper and bay for as long as you wish (I leave for 4-5 hours to melt in the mouth).
2️⃣Wash and cut the lettuce. Add the artichokes. If you’re using fresh, cook them in water and remove the hard leaves.
3️⃣Mix the vegetables, herbs.
4️⃣ Add the cooked meat and feta. Lightly mix in the sauce.
5️⃣Pour olive oil, vinegar and mustard and toss lightly. Add salt and pepper.
