The most beautiful broad bean salad

WHAT?

150g. Cooked broad beans

10 Artichokes Bunch of parsley 3 wild garlic leaves Bunch of chervil (μυρωνια) 1 spring onion chopped wet garlic

chilli 100g. Feta For the sauce Freshly ground pepper Molasses A few drops of EVOO Salt, pepper, sugar, oregano


Lemon juice to serve HOW TO?

1️⃣Clean and cut the artichokes. Keep the heart and a few young leaves. Cook them in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and chop into little pieces.

2️⃣Chop chervil, garlic, parsley and chilli and mix with the artichokes and broad beans..Add a piece of feta.

3️⃣Whisk the petimezi, olive oil, lemon juice and pour over the sauce.

4️⃣Ground pepper and add salt.
