WHAT? ½ melon
Bunch of leaves (spinach, rocket)
A few (5-6) sundried tomatoes
2-3 cloves of garlic
Bunch of mint and parsley
10 walnuts
3-4 slices of prosciutto
100g. Grilled @mastelogr cheese For the sauce
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon mustard
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt Salt, pepper HOW TO? 1️⃣Slice the melon in pieces and mix in a bowl with the leaves. 2️⃣Chop the garlic, mint and parsley and mix in. 3️⃣Add the walnuts in the bowl. Grill the mastelo and add to the top. Add the prosciutto. 4️⃣Slice the sundried tomatoes and add them in.
5️⃣In a bowl, mix sauce ingredients, add salt and pepper and toss with your hands.
