100g. Lettuce
A few peashoot leaves
Parsley
1 apple
½ onion thinly chopped, 2-3 garlic cloves, little chilli
50g. Bulgar wheat 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
1-2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1-2 tablespoons molasses (petimezi)
Salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣Soak 50g. Bulgar wheat in 150ml. Boiling water for 1 ½ hours.
2️⃣Chop the lettuce and add the peashoots in a bowl. Add the parsley.
3️⃣Chop the apple, garlic, parsley and onion. Chop the chilli and add the ready bulgar wheat.
4️⃣Drizzle olive oil, vinegar and molasses. Lightly toss and add seasoning.
