1 teaspoon mustard 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar Salt pepper Wild garlic to serve HOW TO?
1️⃣Chop the lettuce. Put in bowl with rest of greens.
2️⃣Chop the beetroot. Add to the salad. Add fennel.
3️⃣Chop the onion, chilli and garlic.
4️⃣Toss lightly. Whisk the sauce and pour. Serve with some wild garlic leaves.
