Black lentils salad with feta

WHAT? 150g. Beluga lentils cooked in water with bay leaves 1 chopped onion, A few cloves of garlic 1 teaspoon of honey 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil 2 small to medium tomatoes chopped Chopped fresh herbs (mint, parsley) 1 chopped carrot ½ chopped pepper 100g. Cubed feta cheese A few (5-6) olives Little chilli For the sauce 2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2-3 teaspoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon mustard ½ teaspoon of honey Pinch of salt Freshly ground pepper HOW TO? 1️⃣Add the chopped onion and garlic in pan with 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Sweat in medium heat for 2 minutes. Add the honey and caramelise. Let it cool. 2️⃣In a bowl mix lentils, herbs, tomatoes, carrot, pepper and chilli. 3️⃣Whisk the sauce well. Add in the salad. 4️⃣Add feta cheese and some olives.
