Bulgar wheat salad with kavourmas

WHAT?

150g bulgar wheat soaked in hot stock for two hours

Handful of rocket

3 spring onions, 2-3 cloves of garlic

Bunch of parsley, bunch of coriander, bunch of mint

Some walnuts

A little bit of chilli

Half tomato

100g kavourmas (or any other spicy ham)

1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas

½ lemon juice

A teaspoon of petimezi

Salt, pepper

A teaspoon of Greek honey


HOW?

1️⃣Chop onions, garlic, parsley, coriander, mint, tomato and chilli.

2️⃣Strain wheat from water. Sear the charcuterie

3️⃣Add all the herbs in the wheat and mix. Roughly chop the walnuts and ass too. Finish with the kavourmas on top.

4️⃣Make the sauce with EVOO @ladi_biosas, lemon and some petimezi. Add salt, pepper, oregano to taste. Add a teaspoon of Greek honey. Mix and enjoy.
