Chickpeas salad with sundried tomatoes

WHAT?
150g. Cooked chickpeas
⅓ cucumber
2-3 sundried tomatoes chopped
½ onion, three garlic cloves or a few leaves wild garlic
1 grated carrot
2 peppers cooked
6-7 olives
Parsley
Pepper, salt, oregano
For the sauce
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon tahini
½ lemon juice
Salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣Chop all vegetables.
2️⃣Mix them all.
3️⃣Mix the sauce and pour over the salad. Toss lightly.
