Delicious salad with a yoghurt and feta sauce

WHAT?

2 medium tomatoes

½ onion, 2-3 garlic cloves

Handful of rocket

5-6 walnuts

Sea fennel

10 Capers

10 olives

Bread rusk

For the sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 heaped tablespoons Greek yoghurt

70g. Feta

Paprika

3 teaspoons lemon juice

Salt, pepper, oregano

HOW TO?

1️⃣Chop all the ingredients. Add to a bowl.

2️⃣Crumble the feta and mix all sauce ingredients.

3️⃣Toss lightly the sauce in the salad.
