Eggs and wild asparagus

WHAT? 4 eggs

A few asparagus tips

1 onion, a few garlic cloves

Salt, Pepper

Chilli

1-2 tablespoons Greek olive oil @ladi_biosas

Chervil and parsley to serve

1 lemon

Soft cheese @katikidomokou to serve


HOW TO?

1️⃣In olive oil, sauté the asparagus tips for a few minutes each side until brown.

2️⃣Add the onion and garlic cloves. Sauté for a few minutes. Add the chilli and pepper. Cook for two minutes. 3️⃣Add the eggs and fry them.

4️⃣Squeeze a lemon.

5️⃣Serve on bread rusk and add chervil and @katikidomokou
