Handful of rocket
1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic
1 avocado
Bunch of parsley, bunch of coriander, bunch of mint
1 red pepper
6-7 olives
A few little tomatoes cut in half
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
½ lemon juice
1 teaspoon tahini
Salt, pepper
HOW? 1️⃣Mix all ingredients. Make the sauce with olive oil, lemon juice, tahini and drizzle. Add salt, pepper to taste.
