WHAT?
4 eggs
200g chervil, parsley, spring onion, coriander, wild garlic, dill
2-3 garlic cloves, chilli - all finely chopped 1 red pepper
2 tablespoons of EVOO @ladi_biosas
Parsley, feta, dill, ½ lemon juice to serve
HOW TO?
1️⃣Sauté the vegetables in olive oil for three minutes.
2️⃣Make 4 holes and break the eggs. Close the lid and cook for 5/6 minutes
3️⃣Turn off the heat, add feta and serve with extra pepper, parsley and lemon juice.
