WHAT?
100g. Chopped cabbage
1 grated carrot
1 finely chopped onion
2-3 garlic cloves
2 cherry tomatoes in half
Little chilli
Chopped Parsley
Capers
Oregano, pepper, thyme, salt
3 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
HOW TO?
1️⃣Chop and mix all the ingredients
2️⃣Add vinegar and olive oil.
3️⃣Serve with a warm pita bread
