Greek sandwich

WHAT? 3-4 sundried tomatoes

100g. Feta cheese

4-5 Kalamata olives without stone

⅓ cucumber thinly sliced

2 garlic cloves sliced

A little bit olive oil @ladi_biosas

Pepper, oregano or thyme

½ teaspoon red wine vinegar For the bread

170g. plain flour

20g. Strong flour

80ml. Tepid water

6g. Fresh or 3-4 teaspoon Dry yeast

Pinch of sugar

Pinch of salt

HOW? 1️⃣In water dilute the yeast and add the sugar. 2️⃣Add the flour and salt and mix well. Let it rise for 2 hours in warm place covered in cling film. 3️⃣Make to bread buns and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. 4️⃣Open the bun and slice the cucumber.

5️⃣Slice all ingredients and add to the bun. Add olive oil, vinegar and herbs.
