WHAT? 1 big calamari, cleaned, ink and spine removed
1 lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
Pepper, salt, oregano
HOW TO?
1️⃣Marinate the calamari in the ingredients
2️⃣After a few hours, open the calamari in two. 3️⃣Score one side like a grille. Leave it for longer. 4️⃣In a grill pan, grill the non-scored side first. It will start curling up. Turn to the scored side and grill for 5-6 minutes until brown.
