Lentils and fish fillet in the oven

WHAT?

4 fish fillets (pollock, haddock, cod)

75g. Lentils

3 bay leaves

Pepper, salt, oregano

2 tablespoons lentils

2 tablespoons Greek olive oil @ladi_biosas

Pinch of sugar


For the sauce

2 chopped cherry tomatoes

½ fennel

½ chopped onion

3 garlic cloves

½ carrot, ½ pepper, chilli

Dill, parsley, oregano

1 cup of water

HOW TO?

1️⃣Chop the vegetables for the sauce in a chopper. 2️⃣In a greased tray, place the fish.

3️⃣Add the chopped vegetables to cover the fish.

4️⃣Add the bay leaves, salt, sugar, pepper, oregano and the vinegar. Add some water.

5️⃣Add uncooked lentils.

6️⃣Cook in the oven for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Serve with some extra vinegar to taste
