Light pasta

WHAT?

150g. Low calorie pasta

1 tuna tin

½ onion, 2-3 garlic cloves, chilli - all chopped

½ lemon juice

Pepper, salt, oregano

1 teaspoon olive oil

10 cherry tomatoes sliced in half

15 capers

2-3 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt

Tarragon to serve


HOW TO?

1️⃣In a saucepan, cook in boiling water the pasta for eight minutes.

2️⃣At the same time, sauté in the olive oil the garlic, onion and chilli. Add the tomatoes and cook for 1-2 minutes.

3️⃣Pour the lemon juice and let it evaporate for 2 minutes. Add the pasta and 3-4 tablespoons of the stock. Reduce it down to leave very little stock. Add the tuna.

4️⃣Switch off the fire. Add the yoghurt, capers and mix well. Add pepper, salt and oregano. Tarragon to serve.
