WHAT?
1kg. Lobster - cooked
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ tomato
Splash of ouzo
1 onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic
Parsley and garlic to finish them
Chilli
1 tablespoon tahini
150g. Linguine
HOW TO?
1️⃣Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for two minutes in medium heat.
2️⃣Add chilli and tomato chopped.
3️⃣In the meantime, cook the pasta for 8 minutes. Clean the cooked lobster and get the meat out from the claws and the body. If fresh, remove its sac.
4️⃣In the pan, add splash of ouzo. Let the alcohol steam away.
5️⃣Add the pasta and three tablespoons of the water. Add the lobster and in medium heat, cook for 2 minutes max.
6️⃣Remove from heat. Add parsley, tahini to serve. Stir well.
