WHAT?
150g. Pasta (linguine type)
6-8 wild asparagus tips
300g. Mushrooms (mix), chopped in chunks
Wild garlic
Splash of rose wine
Chilli
1 onion
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
Fresh thyme
Salt, pepper
HOW TO?
1️⃣Cook the linguine in water for ten minutes.
2️⃣In the meantime, sauté in high heat and in olive oil the mushrooms and the asparagus tips.
3️⃣Add the onions and the garlic and carry on for 2-3 minutes. Add the chilli.
4️⃣Put the wine in and let the alcohol steam away.
5️⃣Add the cooked pasta and a few spoons of its water to help make the sauce. Serve with extra pepper and thyme.
