WHAT?
40g. White rice
120ml. Water
Pinch of salt
30g. Sugar
350ml. Goat’s milk
1 heaped teaspoon corn flour
30 ml. Cold water
A little bit of vanilla syrup
Cinnamon for topping
HOW TO?
1️⃣In low heat, mix the water, rice and salt. Bring to boil and cook for 6-8 minutes. Add the milk and sugar and continue for another 6 minutes.
2️⃣Mix the corn flour in 30ml. Cold water and we add to the pot. Increase the heat and carry on mixing in medium heat for another 12 minutes.
3️⃣Add the vanilla syrup. When it sets transfer to bowls and let it set in the fridge. Add cinnamon as topping.
