Quinoa pudding

WHAT?

100g. Quinoa

230ml. Water

1½ tablespoons honey

1 heaped tablespoon Greek yoghurt

Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon lemon juice and zest of ½ lemon


HOW TO?

1️⃣Boil the quinoa in water until it drinks all its water.

2️⃣Make sure it’s dry and add the yoghurt and honey and cinnamon and mix well. Grate the zest and the lemon juice.

3️⃣Let it set in the fridge for couple of hours. Serve with some Greek spoon preserve and mint.
