Very easy dessert using up melomakarona or other biscuits

WHAT?


For two people

4 melomakarona

2 tablespoons Greek honey

100g. Greek yoghurt

zest of half lemon

juice of half lemon

almonds, zest and honey to serve



HOW TO?


1️⃣Add to a glass two half crushed melomakarona.

2️⃣Mix the yoghurt with two tablespoons honey and the lemon juice and zest (keep some zest for topping.

3️⃣Add it on top of the melomakarona. Finally serve with lemon zest and little bit of honey. Let it cool for an hour
