WHAT?
400g. Octopus
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
A little bit of chilli, 2 bays
Peppercorns, oregano
1 clove of garlic
HOW TO?
1️⃣Ask the fisherman to clean the octopus if you can’t do yourselves.
2️⃣In saucepan add hot water, red wine vinegar, olive oil, bay leaves, peppercorns, chilli, garlic and bring to boil. In very low heat, cook the octopus for 40 minutes.
3️⃣Take out of the saucepan and add oregano and pepper, so it sticks. If you want, you can now make more crispy and add to pan with olive oil and cook for 2-3 minutes at higher heat.
