Peppers and feta salad

WHAT?

300g. Mixed peppers 100g. Feta cheese 3-4 garlic cloves Thyme, pepper 50ml. Olive oil 2-3 tablespoons red wine vinegar

HOW TO? 1️⃣Grease a tray.

2️⃣With your hand, roughly cut the peppers and put in the tray.

3️⃣Crumble feta over. Grind pepper and thyme. 4️⃣Add olive oil and vinegar. Cover with foil or grease proof paper. 5️⃣Cook at preheated oven for 45 minutes and then remove cover and cook for 15 more minutes. Serve with warm pita bread.
