Prawn pasta

WHAT?
150g. Matsata pasta
1 onion, 3-4 garlic cloves, little chilli
5-6 cherry tomatoes
10 prawns
Shot of ouzo
¼ fennel
Fennel seeds, pepper
1 teaspoon tahini diluted in ½ lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons olive oil
HOW TO?
1️⃣Cook the pasta in water for 2 minutes less than what your ideal taste is.
2️⃣In a hot non-stick pan, sauté pepper, fennel seeds olive oil, chopped onion, garlic, chilli and carry on for 2-3 minutes.
3️⃣Chop and sauté the tomatoes and the fennel for 3 minutes. Splash the ouzo and let the alcohol steam away.
4️⃣Add the prawns and cook for 1-2 minutes each side. Remove.
5️⃣Add the pasta and two-three spoons of the water. Cook for 2-3 more minutes until you have little water.
6️⃣Mix the tahini and lemon and add the prawns. Serve with olive oil and parsley.
