WHAT?
200g. Cooked salmon
100g. Rocket salad
Bunch of dill
Chilli
1 carrot shavings
Mint and parsley
Spring onion
4-5 cherry tomatoes in half
3-4 garlic cloves chopped
For the sauce
1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
1 tablespoon olive oil
Little vinegar
Salt, pepper, oregano
HOW TO?
1️⃣Whisk the sauce ingredients.
2️⃣Chop the garlic and the spring onion and add to the rocket salad. 3️⃣Finely chop dill, mint, parsley, chilli and tomatoes and add. 4️⃣Add the carrot shavings and the salmon in chunks.5️⃣Pour the sauce and lightly toss.
