WHAT? 150g. Lettuce
½ onion chopped, 2-3 garlic cloves, little chilli
Walnuts
Some blue cheese For the sauce
2 tablespoons Greek yoghurt
½ lemon juice
Salt, pepper, thyme
Parsley
2-3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil @ladi_biosas
HOW TO?
1️⃣In a little olive oil, sauté the onion, chilli and garlic.
2️⃣Chop the lettuce and put in a bowl. Add the parsley.
3️⃣Add walnuts and grate blue cheese.
4️⃣Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over.
