WHAT?
100g. Apaki cured meat from Crete (alt. Use cured pork fillet)
5-6 ready made grilled artichokes
1 avocado
A little bit of rocket
1 small lettuce
1 spring onion
Chilli
Chopped 2-3 garlic cloves
A few cherry tomatoes
Pepper, salt
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Grated @mastelogr cheese (alt. Use haloumi)
HOW TO?
1️⃣In a pan without olive oil sauté the meat for 3 minutes each side. Off the heat.
2️⃣In the same pan, sauté the garlic, chilli and cherry tomatoes cut in half face down the cut part. Add the artichokes and grill for a few more minutes.
3️⃣In bowl cut the lettuce (better with your hands), the leaves, avocado, the spring onion and add the mixture of sautéed vegetables.
4️⃣Make the sauce. Mix well honey, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Leave aside. Add the apaki on the top of the salad and some shavings of @mastelogr cheese. Pour the sauce and enjoy.
