Sardines stuffed with garlic and bread crumbs

WHAT?
4 large sardines
1 lemon
4 garlic cloves
1/3 chilli
small bunch of parsley
2-3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Pepper, oregano
HOW TO?
1️⃣Gut the sardines. Cut the head and tail, open like a butterfly, remove the bone. You’ll have 4 sardine fillers - open like butterflies.
2️⃣In a bowl mix bread crumbs, chopped garlic, chopped parsley, chopped chilli and half of the lemon. It will be a loose stuffing. 3️⃣Stuff each of the sardine halves with 1-2 tablespoons. Spread and close each of the fillets. With a tiny piece of aluminium foil close the sardines. Pepper and oregano plus the rest of the lemon juice. Let them marinate for two hours.
4️⃣Grill them for 7 minutes each side.
