WHAT? For the salad
200g smoked sturgeon
200g beans soaked overnight and cooked in salted water for half hour
Handful of rocket
½ red pepper
1 carrot, celery, ½ tomato
3 spring onions, 3-4 cloves garlic
A few olives
A few capers
3-4 tablespoons EVOO
Shavings @mastelogr cheese (or haloumi)
Salt, pepper, oregano
1 teaspoon French’s mustard, 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
HOW TO?
1️⃣Sear the fish, so it’s light brown.
2️⃣Chop the vegetables to small pieces and mix to a salad.
3️⃣Mix all the ingredients with the olive oil, mustard and spices.
4️⃣Add the seared fish at top and the cheese shavings.
