WHAT?
200g Greek yoghurt
2 teaspoons of Greek honey
4-5 sweet carob biscuits
2 teaspoons of olive oil @ladi_biosas with lemon
Lime zest and walnuts for serving
HOW TO?
1️⃣Chop the biscuits and add 2-3 teaspoons of Greek extra virgin olive oil with lemon. Mix and use two small glasses. Split and make the base for two.
2️⃣Mix well the Greek yoghurt with honey. Separate into the two glasses.
3️⃣Serve with lime zest and walnuts.
