WHAT?
100g. Bulgar wheat
Bunch of rocket
Bunch of parsley chopped Bunch of mint chopped
Tarragon or chervil (μυρωνια) chopped 1 spring onion
3-4 cherry tomatoes chopped
Little chilli
6-7 walnuts 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1-2 tablespoons honey
Oregano, pepper, thyme, salt HOW TO? 1️⃣Soak the wheat in 200ml. Boiling water for two hours. Finely chop the vegetables and herbs. 2️⃣Add the walnuts. Mix all the ingredients. Add vinegar and olive oil. 3️⃣Serve with a warm pita bread
