WHAT?
2 chopped tomatoes 1 onion Chilli 2 cloves of garlic 1-2 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon Greek honey Pepper, salt to taste, oregano ½ lemon juice Calamari (approximately 300-400g.) Parsley and feta to serve HOW TO? 1️⃣Chopped onion, garlic and chilli - sauté in the olive oil in medium heat for two minutes. 2️⃣Grind black pepper to give all the aromas and add the lemon. Add chopped tomatoes and ½ glass of water and reduce down for ten minutes. Add honey. 3️⃣Add the calamari in rings and cook in the sauce for ten minutes at low heat. Serve with oregano, parsley and feta.
