The most delicious mackerel and quinoa salad

WHAT?

100g. Cooked quinoa1 avocado

4-5 Kalamata olives without stone

Fresh mintBunch of green leaves (spinach, rocket)

Smoked mackerel fillet

1 carrot grated

Two leaves of wild garlic or 2 cloves of garlic - thinly sliced

Mixture of seeds (sesame, poppy seed, linseed, pumpkin)

Two tablespoons of olive oil @ladi_biosas

1-2 tablespoons orange juice

Zest of orange

½ teaspoon red wine vinegar

½ teaspoon of mustard

½ teaspoon of honey

Pepper, salt, oregano or thyme

HOW?

1️⃣Seer the mackerel in a pan without any oil (it's an oily fish).

2️⃣Whisk the sauce ingredients (vinegar, oil, orange juice, mustard and honey).

3️⃣Mix the rest of the ingredients and put the fish at the top.

4️⃣Place the fish at the top.

5️⃣Toast the seeds in the pan.Pour the sauce in the salad, add the seeds and zest of an orange
