WHAT?

150g. Plain flour 10g. Whole meal flour 10g. Corn flour 20g. Strong flour 1 ¾ teaspoon dry yeast or 6g. Wet yeast Pinch of sugar 100ml. Tepid water ½ teaspoon of salt


HOW TO? 

1️⃣Activate the yeast in tepid water. Add the yeast. Leave it for five minutes.

2️⃣In the mixture of flours add the salt and then the water and yeast. Mix very well. 3️⃣Cover the bowl with cling film and let it rise for 2-3 hours.

4️⃣Dust a tray with corn flour. Dust the bread with corn flour and cook in preheated oven at 180 degrees for thirty five minutes.
