Watermelon pie from Milos island

WHAT?

500g. Watermelon

80g. Sugar

80g. Plain flour

1 tablespoon Greek honey

Olive oil

Cinnamon

Sesame seeds (white and black)

HOW TO?

1️⃣Cut the watermelon in small pieces. Remove the seeds and in bowl mildly crush to create small pieces. The excess juice remove (and drink).

2️⃣Add to the watermelon sugar, honey and flour. Mix to create a moist batter.

3️⃣Grease a tray and add the mixture in. It must be then (about 1cm. high). Sprinkle sesame seeds and cinnamon all over.

4️⃣Cook in preheated oven (180 degrees) for 45 minutes, so it keeps some moisture in. Serve cool.
